What are your available hours for appointments?
Tuesday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm

Before dropping by, please call to confirm we are open, and not attending an out-of-office training or closed for a holiday. Other times may be available on a case-by-case basis. Our procedures are readily available to you after work. We work with you to best serve your needs.

Do I need to make an appointment during regular open hours?
Appointments are recommended to assure that we will be able to accommodate your needs.
Is there a charge for consultations?
To better educate our clients we offer complimentary consultations with our aesthetician. A physician consultation is $125, which is applicable to purchase. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice, there is a $125 no-show fee. Please have your credit card number available to secure your scheduled appointment time.
How will I know what treatments are best for me?
That will be explained in detail during your complimentary consultation with one of our skin care specialists. Keep in mind it’s difficult to “guess” what will most benefit you over the phone. We strongly encourage you to come see us in person so that we may best be able to identify your concerns and make our recommendations to you.
Are the treatments expensive?
We have many affordable payment options for cosmetic procedures. Convenient payment plans are offered so you can get started immediately with little or no impact on your monthly budget. We also accept all the major credit cards.
Who does the procedures?
Your procedure will be done by either Dr. Dayle A. Imperato or one of our other highly trained, licensed professionals under direct physician supervision.
When should I arrive?
Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time so that your paperwork can be filled out and you are not rushed. It creates a more restful experience for you and also allows us the time to address any concerns or questions you may have.
What if I am running late for an appointment?
Call as soon as you know you will be late and we will determine with you whether we have time to complete your procedure or whether we need to reschedule your appointment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a treatment?
We appreciate advanced notice of any needed cancellation to ensure that the time of our physician and other staff is efficiently utilized. We kindly request 24 hours notice for a cancellation or rescheduled appointment. There will be a $125 fee for a missed appointment. Of course, we understand that emergencies do occur and will consider these on a case by case basis. We appreciate your understanding.
Are there any age requirements?
A client under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent to receive spa services. A client accompanied by a parent must be at least 14 years old.
What products are available for purchase?
We sell medical grade skin care products that can only be found in select physician’s offices. Also, we offer many nutraceuticals supplements like medical grade fish oils, vitamins, and detox programs.
